MSNBC reporting that Honda’s new zero-emission, hydrogen fuel cell car rolled off a Japanese production line Monday and is headed to Southern California, where Hollywood is already abuzz over the latest splash in green motoring.

The FCX Clarity, which runs on hydrogen and electricity, emits only water and none of the noxious fumes believed to induce global warming. It is also two times more energy efficient than a gas-electric hybrid and three times that of a standard gasoline-powered car, the company says.

Japan’s third biggest automaker expects to lease out a “few dozen” units this year and about 200 units within three years. In California, a three-year lease will run $600 a month, which includes maintenance and collision coverage.

After releasing a new type of sport bike named Honda CS1 (City Sport) about 2 monts ago, Honda plan to release a new type of automatic bike. The name of this newest automatic variant which sold in Indonesia is Honda Beat. It seems not so different compared to the former type, Vario. There still many characteristic features of Vario which sill implemented with this new type, such Side Stand Switch and Parking Brake Lock. In Thailand, this variant named with Icon.

Physically, the appearance is almost the same with Honda Icon. It also used 108 CC 4 stroke engine with CVT transmision. The available colours choice are Fusion Blue, Hip Hip Orange, Pop Pink, Hard Rock Black, Techno White, and Electro Red.

Three wheel car are fairly popular in recent time, not too many of them are seen on the road. But, the production of the Cirbin V13R will change that, at worst this articles will explain that. The low stance and light weight should provide a pretty good feeling through the corners while the potent HD engine can give you a nice rush via your right foot. The body is fiberglass and the chassis is welded tubular steel with a heavier impact zone in the front.

It comes with a full lighting system including headlights with high and low-beams and daytime running lights, turn signals, brake lights and reverse indicators. Everything is easily control from your bucket seat positioned in front of the motor. You even have some cargo space in the front. Actually it’s not completely a three wheel car. The V13R was originally introduced at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) last year, but production is set to start very soon. The roadster-meets-trike is powered by a 1250cc v-twin borrowed from the Harley Davidson V-Rod. Power goes through a 5-speed sequential transmission to the rear wheel.

TVS Motor Company Indonesia (TVSMCI) is really exploiting the large Indonesian motorcycle market. Following the previously launched TVS Neo (‘cub’ class motorcycle), TVS has launched the TVS Apache which positioned as a sporty class motorcycle. The launching ceremony has taken place at Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran on Wednesday, 19 March 2007. It was attended by reporters from various media and also by the TVSMCI board of directors.

RTR Technology
TVS called the Apache as a masterpiece of 160 cc motorcycle. The reason was that beside its ergonomic design, the engine has been perfected by RTR (Racing Throttle Response) technology. This technology combined racing technology with a 15.2 Bhp, resulting in optimum acceleration. On the factory test, Apache could reach 60 km/hour in 4.8 second.
