Car and Motorcycle Modification Contest

It has been spread and being discussed on the web between bikers and automotive communities that Yamaha plan to mass produce YZF-125 on the next 2009. This bike has futuristic design and available in several colors: Burning Blue, Sports White, Impact Yellow, and Midnight Black.

Yamaha YZF-125 featured with 124.66 cc 4-valve SOHC fuel injection engine which comprised with ultra responsive performance system which push it to the top speed level. It has liquid cooling system that will make it durable enough to run in a high speed level for a long time period.

Two ’strange’ automatic scooter on Suzuki’s booth on Jakarta Motorcycle Show have really cached visitors’ attention. The two strange scooter, named SD-01 and SD-02, have unique and futuristic design. There’re only limited information about the ‘aliens’. Yamaguchi, Suzuki’s 2 wheels promotion manager, only mention that these bikes are transformation of the former one, Suzuki Spin. These bikes also have already brought to public on the Bangkok International Motor Show last April. Will this bikes sold to public market? I’m not sure,.. it’s just a concept bikes I think.

Kanzen Hybrid concept catch most peoples’ eyes who comes to the Jakarta Motorcycle Show. Kanzen is an Indonesian original trade mark bikes which always present new innovative concepts. On this hybrid concepts, the fuel installation consist of two different installation: gassoline and LPG. This new concept has a 4 stroke 110 SOHC engine and will be released to the market on 2009.

Indonesian Bajaj Pulsar lovers seems to be patient for a moment, Bajaj Pulsar 220 CC which has been waited by many pulsarians won’t be available on the 2008 Jakarta Motorcycle Show. Lim Sam Hong, Bajaj Auto Indonesia Regional SAles Manager, says that this variant will release to the market in the end of 2009 first semester. This press release answer bikers rumors which spread on the web maong Indonesian bikers community.

This Pulsar 220 CC DTSi type will complete Bajaj line up which has already exist: Pulsar 200 cc, XCD 125 cc and Pulsar 180 cc. Bajaj is an Indian motorcycle which introduced into Indonesian market on the latest 2 years and well received by many bikers due it’s technology and competitive price.

Ups,..  people seems to be disappointed again. Finally the New Blade is coming. Unfortunately, just like what has happened last month, when New Tiger Revo was launched, people hope that the new Tiger will come with 250 CC engine, but finally it still use the 200CC engine, like the former. Now, people seems to be disappointed again because the new Blade come without PGM-FI technology like what has this site written yesterday.

After releasing it’s new sport type bikes with asymmetric front lamp, Honda Tiger Revo 08, Honda will release it’s 2008 new cubs variant tomorrow (November 4), named Honda Blade. In Thailand, it’s variant has already launched last July, named Honda CZ1. Like it’s former type, Honda Supra X 125, it also featured with PGM FI technology. PGM FI is Honda’s technology which allows it’s engine running on low fuel consumtion but quite having high performance.

The PGM FI technology iscontrolled using ECU (Electronic Controlled Unit) which work silmuntantenously with other technology such as fuel injecto, fuel pum, and Idle Air Control Valve. Another new thing found on this bike may be thefront lamp design which is not mounted on it’s handle, but on it’s body. Do people will love it? the time will prove!

Some years ago, flying car might be an imagination only. It only a imagination vehicle in animation films. But, flying car is reel. Hope it will come to the market a couple of years to go. Moller Skycar M400, its a succeed flying car prototype which just has been tested several days ago.

 The Moller Skycar is a prototype personal VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) aircraft — a “flying car” — called a “volantor” by its inventor Paul Moller, who has been attempting to develop such vehicles for many years. The design calls for four ducted fans - the propellors being covered which is safer and more efficient at low speeds.
